United States – U.S. President Joe Biden joked that he wished Donald Trump had injected himself with lemon extract, considering Trump’s strange remark regarding hydroxychloroquine when the coronavirus pandemic was just starting.

Biden Highlights Chaotic Presidency Ahead of Election

Biden, at a fundraising event south of San Francisco for his re-election campaign, claimed that the presidency of his Republican opponent was chaotic and that voters should keep that in mind. Joe Biden and Trump are fighting in a narrow race before the November election, as reported by Reuters.

“Remember him saying the best thing to do is inject a little bleach in your arm? That’s what he said, and he meant it. I wish he had done a little bit himself,” Biden said.

In the very first stage of the pandemic in 2020, Trump asserted that a solution that can stop the virus from penetrating the body just by spraying it in does exist. This solution includes bleach or isopropyl alcohol.

Trump’s Unconventional Diplomacy with North Korea

Nevertheless, Biden’s casual treatment of the “love letters” he received from North Korean leader Kim Jong  was another misprint, not to mention that he also called Kim the president of South Korea.

Trump would hold meetings with Kim and even send and receive letters with him, putting these duplicates in a loose-leaf binder in the Oval Office.

There was no immediate comment available from a Trump campaign spokesperson when a query requesting this was made, as reported by Reuters.

Biden’s Previous Remarks on Trump’s Statements

Biden has already laughed at Trump’s bleach comment before, saying on April 24 in Washington that Trump had done it to himself and “it all went to his hair.”
